R2R is a psycho-educational evidence based program that blends rhythmic engaging musical activities, reflective cognitive discussions; and movement to enhance social and emotional skills, emotional regulation, improve mental health and overall wellbeing.

These programs provide an integrated model of practice that combines experiential rhythmic music with cognitive reflection and draws upon a number of well documented therapeutic approaches, that deliver positive outcomes. Sessions can be delivered weekly or full days depending on the age and learning abilities of the participants. Evaluation is collected and provided for your auditing, funding or continuous improvement requirements.
