What People Are Saying About Beat It! Drum Therapy

I wanted to give you a shout out for the work you did with our Drumbeat circle at school. You were so engaging, kind, friendly and had such a way with the students. We picked a tricky bunch to work with but the engagement they showed week after week was a credit to yourself and the amazing program Drumbeat.

Your enthusiasm to teach the students both the drums and life lessons as the weeks progressed was great. You touched a few souls throughout the program, including mine.

You are an amazing person and the program is brilliant. We need to book you again

If anyone reading this has the opportunity to book in sessions - do it. You will not regret it.

“Jacey was engaging and energetic which the participants, who were from various age brackets, really responded to. Everyone felt welcomed and involved and we received wonderful feedback from parents who said it was a wholesome and organic learning experience that all ages could relate to.

We would love to have Jacey back for more workshops in the future, and we encourage anyone who is looking for educational yet engaging workshops for all ages to contact Jacey for your own targeted program”.

Jacey’s Drumming session for the Northam Early Years Djeran play date in the park was specially choreographed to suit little ones and their families.

Jacey provided all the gear that we needed including drums and plenty of percussion instruments for the little ones to shake and rattle, so there was something for everyone. Jacey communicated well and came with her own microphone and music, which was an unexpected and very welcomed addition!

The little ones had fun, learnt something and got to beat out anything that was on their mind that they didn’t have the language to express. The parents did the same!  Lots of Fun, highly recommended.

The drumming circle sessions were great. Our primary students enjoyed all of the activities and they were kept entertained for the session. Jacey was easy to communicate with and very organised. Thank you!

I have ADD, OCD, Depression and Anxiety and music has always been a safety and comfort for me. I wanted to learn the drums and was lucky enough to find Jacey. Immediately she made me feel at ease, and learning with her is inspiring me. I’m looking forward to continue my journey both with drum lessons and counselling, with Jacey.

I found this to be a lovely way to meet with friends, and enjoy fun and laughter together. Jacey explains everything and makes you feel so welcome, no matter what your level in music is. No experience necessary, it’s just great fun.

The whole experience increases your vibration and makes you feel great. Thank you Jacey. I would highly recommend.

Jacey was a cohost at my weekend retreat. She brought a fantastic drumming circle that I had the pleasure of joining.

It is so much more than drumming!

We tapped into parts of ourselves forgotten and incorporated a lot of play.

Overall, it was a fun, inspiring and educational session that left me wanting to play drums and percussion more.
