    Drum and Bounce

    Adding games to the drumming circles brings fun and laughter; a reward for those who achieve the end goal and a sense of belonging. These activities increase social skills; self esteem; and help those who experience anxiety and stress. By everyone taking part in this fun competition, we learn to build resilience and bounce back, after set backs.

    Here the participants have to bounce the ball across all drums.

    One person dances as the drummers beat the drum or play percussion in time with the dancer.

    This activity promotes a sense of individual creativity; empowerment; social skills; concentration and focus; turn taking and aim to increase self esteem.
