Our individual rhythms can become lost amongst all the chaos and dramas of life.

Counselling sessions are centred around you and your needs, working at your pace. We work together to find the time when your rhythm was lost or became so blended with others, you lost your true self.

Counselling sessions take many forms to encourage discussion: in private within the music studio, on the verandah surrounded by birds and nature, or you can walk and talk. There is also an opportunity to take some percussion with us and go sit on a rock, wherever you feel most comfortable.

While traditional talk therapy is absolutely an option; you have the choice to relax into your session with a Djembe (African drum) or Hand Drum, Ocean Drum, Floor Tom, Tongue Drum, Tonal Bells, Hand Pan or just a beverage.

Music is a therapy in itself for many people, getting lost under the headphones; or healing with binaural beats going for a run with music as motivation; to feel nostalgic and as a reminder of the good times.

The physical and mental benefits of drumming come from rhythmic healing. Drumming makes our bodies, brainwaves and energy channels (such as meridians or chakras) vibrate in response. Together with my theoretical studies in Counselling, we are sure to find a healing vibe to help guide you on your journey to healing.

Why not come along for a free 30 minute introductory session and we can carry out an assessment of your needs…

Studies show that music as a form of therapy has been proven to assist those living with ADHD; ADD; ASD; Addictions; Anxiety Disorders; Bi-Polar Disorder; Behavioural Disorders; Cognitive impairment; Depression; Grief & Loss; Mental Health Concerns; Suicidal ideations; or just generally lost in which way to turn in life and need a little coaching.

I look forward to meeting you.
